- What is an adversaria? According to Webster's Revised Unabridged Dictionary, it means "a miscellaneous collection of notes, remarks, or selections." I don't know if my learnings and my sharings will help anyone who reads my blog. What I'm sure of is that when I record my "journey of hope," I become more determined to live a healthy life with Diabetes Type 2. My original recipes in this blog are for your personal use and cannot be posted in your website, blog or any other site, any form of media (magazine, newspapers, radio, etc.) or any other means. LASTLY, through this journal, I have already manifested my reality. "I am a healthy, fulfilled woman living and coping well with Type 2 Diabetes. And so it is!"
